Warranty Claim Procedure :

Fill in and submit the warranty claim request form, or you can send fax/email to our nearest office with required container data :
a. Complete Container Number (Prefix + Number)
b. Unit Manufacturer (Carrier or Daikin)
c. Unit Serial Number
d. Unit Model
e. Failure date
f. Brief Failure Description
g. Location
2. PT. RCI will counter check the above data with our database.
3. If the unit is still under warranty and located at our responsibility area, PT. RCI will inform you and will provide repair without any additional cost. If the unit is out of warranty, PT. RCI will give an estimate repair cost based on information on your claim request.
